Mod.2. Interviewing

This module emphasizes interview as a skill required in legal profession. It explores the practice of interview by advocates, prosecutors and judges. Hence the module’s structure takes into account the three professions and is sequenced according to the following pattern: Lawyer – client interview, Suspect interrogation and witness interview, and Court interview.

The module aims at enabling students to conduct interviews as advocates, police officers & prosecutions and as judges with clients, suspects, witnesses and victims effectively and efficiently.
