Welcome to the Advanced Legal research & Use E-justice tools
This module aims to enable trainees to acquire general knowledge and basic skills in legal research, drafting various legal research documents, and models and benefits of electronic justice systems, including the Integrated Electronic Court Management System.
This module should particularly equip trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary for computer-assisted legal research, drafting various legal research documents and models, and utilizing e-justice tools.

🎯 By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Identify and use different sources of legal information, including legislation, case law, textbooks, libraries, and online resources.
- Conduct effective legal research using appropriate legal and general research tools.
- Draft professional legal documents such as judgments, indictments, legal memoranda, heads of argument, and legal opinions.
- Use and navigate e-Justice systems, including IECMS, throughout court proceedings.
- Analyse and communicate legal information effectively through clear and well-structured legal writing.
- Demonstrate strong information analysis, decision-making, and practical research skills.
- Integrate AI tools responsibly into legal research and legal writing.
- Produce well-documented, accurate, and professional legal research work using both print and electronic resources.
